The following are terms and conditions which govern your purchase of products on this webshop. By submitting your order on this webshop, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, DO NOT submit an order on this webshop.

Product

FNS Webshop does not warrant that Product descriptions or other contents on the webshop are accurate, complete, reliable, current and/or error-free. If a Product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition in accordance with FNS Webshop standard “Return, Warranty & Repair Policy".

Errors on the webshop

FNS Webshop reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel any order and correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions on the webshop at any time even after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed by your credit card charged. In the event that your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, FNS Webshop will contact you for the procedure of the refunding of charged amount.

Validating Your Order

After you have place an order using the webshop shopping cart, FNS Webshop will check the information you provided, and verifying your method of payment and billing address. FNS Webshop also verifies the pricing, quantity and current stock status of the Product requested. FNS Webshop reserves the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the Product quantities purchased by you. The quantity of Products being offered with a rebate and/or discount may be limited by FNS Webshop in its sole discretion. If FNS Webshop declines your order, FNS Webshop will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you provided.

Order Acceptance / Confirmation

After you have place an order using the webshop shopping cart, you will receive a non binding email summarizing your offer of purchase. Not until the order is dispatched, your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify FNS Webshop acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute our offer to sell. FNS Webshop reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.

Backorders

All orders placed on the webshop are subject to Product availability and will be delivered according to FNS Webshop delivery policies. In the event that a Product is out of stock, you will receive a written notification of the backorder.

Resale Purpose is Not Permitted

All products sold are for customers' use only and shall not be commercially resold. FNS Webshop may refuse any purchasing order which it suspects is for commercial resale.

Administrative charges

Products will be passed to customer when order is dispatched through courier. FNS Webshop will deliver the products according to customer’s instructions. By continuing with your order you agree to be bound by the terms of sale in this webshop. If the package is returned to FNS Webshop due to either incomplete address or absence of receiver, you will be responsible for the administrative charge of US$15 to cover loss of re-stocking administration.

Campaigns / Promotions / Contests

FNS Webshop reserves the right to cancel, change or restructure any and/or all promotions, sales, contests, surveys, etc. at any time and for any reason.

Children

FNS Webshop does not sell products or services to children. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the e-shop with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Without limiting the foregoing, the product is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the standard. FNS Webshop expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation on Liability

Under no circumstances shall FNS Webshop be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of the Product sold through the webshop. The foregoing limitation shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort or any other claim, even if an authorized representative of FNS Webshop has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that this limitation on liability section shall apply to all Products.

Miscellaneous

The terms herein shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), exclusive of its choice of law rules. In case of any discrepancy occurring between the Chinese and the English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Update of Terms and Conditions

FNS Webshop may from time to time revise these terms and conditions by updating this posting. Please visit this page periodically to review the latest terms and conditions. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions of Sale and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages on the webshop.
